When Does Nc State Play Again in the Ncaa Tournament
Due north.C. State basketball enters this week's ACC Tournament on a downwards screw.

Regardless of how N.C. State fares in this week'southward tournament, coach Kevin Keatts will render for a sixth season in 2022-23, director of athletics Boo Corrigan confirmed to the News & Observer concluding calendar week.
"The play will come," Corrigan told the N&O'southward Jonas Pope IV. "I believe in what Kevin is and who Kevin is from a basketball coaching standpoint and I think he'southward earned the right to (keep coaching at N.C. State)."

Entering the tournament, Keatts is 90-67 overall and 43-50 in ACC play at North.C. Land. Across five seasons, he'due south led the squad to ane NCAA Tournament appearance in 2022 and NIT appearances in 2022 and 2021. Northward.C. State was in solid position for a 2022 NCAA Tournament bid earlier its cancelation due to COVID-19.
External factors such as injuries and a looming NCAA probe into North.C. State'due south previous basketball coaching staff, ultimately resolved last December with minimal penalties, must also be "considered" Coorigan told the Due north&O. Seabron also led North.C. State in total points, rebounds, assists and steals. He was one of only three Division I players, and the only in a power conference, to achieve that feat in 2021-22, despite a few blips late in ACC play (2 points in a Jan. 29 loss at UNC, five points in a March 2 loss at Wake Forest).

Tournament track record
In four seasons nether Keatts, N.C. Land is 2-three in ACC Tournament play. That includes two Wednesday one-and-done finishes in 2022 and 2022 and two Thursday quarterfinals appearances in 2022 and 2022 (the latter tournament was canceled alee of the quarterfinal round due to the coronavirus pandemic).
